...Have you ever thought about what can be done with out-of-style, vintage men's neckties? I've seen beautiful handbags and wallets made from them...so I ventured out to create a skirt honoring the old polyester, almost hidious old ties that grandpa used to wear! How fun it was to look through my collection of ties and pick out ones that complimented each other. Isn't it funny how something so ugly can suddenly bring on so much beauty, when given a second chance to do so? Something like our lives...God also gives us second chances to become something better too. : )
